Customer Service With Sales Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound leads, qualify potential customers, schedule appointments, follow up on proposals, and help generate new business opportunities through builders and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads from Home Depot, Costco, website inquiries, and other marketing channels
• Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for in-home consultations and showroom visits
• Follow up with customers after proposals or bids have been provided
• Prepare and manage custom quote requests
• Build relationships with builders and contractors to generate new leads and partnerships
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the CRM system
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound and follow-up calls
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
