Minute By Minute Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Freight Broker Sales Expert to join our dynamic team. This remote position is based in the Philippines and involves coordinating auto freight shipments, building relationships with clients and carriers, and driving sales to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and engage potential clients in need of auto freight services; maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Carrier Coordination: Source and negotiate with carriers to secure the best rates and ensure timely, safe, and efficient transportation of vehicles.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets; manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker, with a focus on auto transport preferred.
• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the auto transport industry and relevant regulations is a plus.
