We are looking for a team member to enable the best customer experience for our customers, as well as to achieve and maintain efficient Order-to-Cash processes.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The CSM acts as local SPOC (single point of contact) for the operations teams and relevant business stakeholders on all O2C related activities within: Credit Management, Accounts Receivables, Collections and Dispute Management, CATI (customer agreements and trade incentives), customer master data, customer order flow, order fulfillment and billing. The position holder is fully responsible for Xofigo order management.
- This includes close partnership with external customers and internal stakeholders such as the Commercial counterparts in the Divisions Pharma & Consumer Health and relevant platform functions.
- Effectively handle exceptions and special occurrences that require coordination and oversight. This includes and is not limited to promotions, product allocation plans, handling of recalls, credit risk assessment, processing of debit and credit notes, license validation.
- Monitor performance metrics, support operations teams with exceptions, continuously recommend and facilitate process and technology improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a related field or other relevant work experience
- Over 5 years' experience working within Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management and logistics
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with all levels of management.
- Assertive, competent, confident and resilient with a can-do attitude
- Strong Experience with SAP and MS office
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced hands-on international (remote) environment.
- Continuous improvement mind set & strong multi-tasking skills are essential for this position
- Good communication skills, verbal and written & able to tailor communication to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
