Role: Customer Success Manager (Virtual Customers & Clients)

As a Customer Success Manager at Counto, you’ll wear multiple hats and play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for our Virtual and other clients.
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues, proposing creative and practical solutions.
• Coordinate customer deliverables with the operations team.
• Collaborate with accounting and product teams to improve and enhance product features based on customer needs.
