Positive Carbon is the world’s most advanced food waste monitoring platform. We don't just sell software; we provide the "eyes" that busy kitchens are missing. Our proprietary AI sensor, Scrappy-1, sits above the bin, automatically identifying and weighing every gram of food wasted—from vegetable prep to plate leftovers—without any staff input.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Dublin team. You will be the strategic partner for our clients (like Levy Ireland, KSG, and major universities), helping them use our data to cut food waste by 50% and achieve their Net Zero goals. Tasks
Your Mission: Turn Data into Behavioural Change.
You will manage the full lifecycle of our partners, from the moment our sensors are installed to the moment they hit their sustainability targets.
- Onboard & Activate: You will project manage the "Go-Live" across new sites, coordinating with our technical team and kitchen operations to ensure a frictionless launch. You will deliver engaging training that helps chefs view our sensor as a tool for efficiency, not judgement.
- Drive Usage & "The Feed": You will teach kitchen teams how to use The Feed—our real-time command centre—to spot waste spikes instantly (e.g., "Why did Lasagne waste spike by 40% on Tuesday?") and collaborate on solutions.
- Strategic Consulting: You will proactively analyze waste trends using our "Events" tracking to help clients forecast better for high-pressure days like match days or conferences.
- Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): You will present quarterly impact reports to Directors and Sustainability Leads, translating kilos of waste into money saved and CO2 avoided to prove ROI and secure renewals.
- Experience: 2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (SaaS or Food Tech preferred).
- Hospitality Empathy: You understand the rhythm of a commercial kitchen. You know that asking a Head Chef to check a dashboard during service is a bad idea. You speak their language.
- Data Storytelling: You are comfortable looking at raw data (CSVs, charts) and turning it into a clear, compelling narrative for a Finance Director.
- Tech-Savvy: You can troubleshoot basic questions about our dashboard or hardware without needing an engineer for every small issue.
