Job Title:

Customer Success Manager (B2B Account Management | Tenable)

Location: Fort Bonifacio, Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Start Date: March 30, 2026

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: PHP 45,000
  • Allowance: PHP 5,000 (3K allowance + 2K performance incentive)
  • Sign-On Bonus: PHP 60,000 – 100,000
  • HMO + Life Insurance

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager with strong B2B Account Management experience to drive customer adoption, retention, and long-term value. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the platform while proactively managing risks such as churn and dissatisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B client accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Drive product adoption and usage across customer organizations
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Identify and mitigate churn and downsell risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support, Engineering)
  • Align customer needs with internal solutions and enablement resources
  • Deliver insights and customer feedback to improve offerings

Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related)
  • 1–2 years B2B Account Management experience (MANDATORY)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Willing to work hybrid in BGC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
