We're looking for a relationship builder and customer champion! As a Customer Success Manager at Resolve, you'll be the driving force behind our successful partnerships. Your passion for customer experience will shine as you guide partners through onboarding, nurture strong relationships, and proactively find ways to enhance their success with our product.

What you'll do:
Own the onboarding process: Design and deliver a smooth, personalized onboarding process, ensuring our partners and their customers see value in our product.
Build trust: Cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their specific business needs.
Voice of the customer: Proactively identify opportunities, gather feedback, and champion our partners’ and users’ needs to drive product improvements and innovation.
Become a Resolve expert: Master our product and the payroll domain in order to provide effective onboarding and support to partners and users. You’ll get the opportunity to learn about AI technology and see it applied in action in the payroll domain.
Contribute to commercial success: Collaborate with partners on GTM processes, provide input to our pricing and packaging models, contribute to marketing initiatives, and voice ideas that contribute to our revenue growth.
Communicate with impact: Keep partners and collaborators engaged through updates and timely responses to their needs. Communicate effectively with the Resolve product and tech teams.
Analyze and improve: Track partner success metrics and transform data into actionable insights to enhance the overall partner experience.
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Enthusiasm for learning and mastering new things
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
