Are you ready to take off?
About your new role
Own and manage a portfolio of Norwegian churches as their primary point of contact.
Build trust-based long-term relationships with both decision-makers (e.g., priests, churchwardens, council members) and day-to-day users (office staff, communications teams, volunteers).
Act as the voice of the customer and help them reach their goals by maintaining sustainable relationships.
Monitor customer health using data insights to identify risks, opportunities, and engagement needs.
Map and understand stakeholder roles within each church to tailor onboarding, communication, and adoption strategies to their specific needs, responsibilities, and digital maturity.
Proactively engage with leadership to help them translate church goals (community engagement, attendance, digital growth, fundraising) into measurable outcomes using ChurchDesk.
2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar client-facing roles — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Brief understanding of church, nonprofit, or community-driven organisations (experience working with churches is a plus).
High empathy and interpersonal skills — able to build trust with a diverse range of stakeholders (pastors, staff, volunteers, administrators).
Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset.
Native or fluent Norwegian, with strong English communication skills.
