Customer Success - Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Complaint Handling: Responsible for following up and resolving user complaints on social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, etc., communicating with users promptly to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Brand Image Maintenance: Maintain the positive image of the customer service team on social media through regular posting, interaction, and content creation to enhance user engagement.

  • Community Management: Monitor social media comment sections and user discussions, optimize community environment, and promptly identify and handle negative public opinion.

  • Help Center Article Writing: Write clear and easy-to-understand help center articles based on user needs, answer frequently asked questions, and help users better understand the product.

  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze social media operation data, propose optimization suggestions, and continuously improve user experience and brand influence.

Job Requirements:

  • Language Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to support users and collaborate with colleagues in a fully bilingual (English and Mandarin) work environment.

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or related fields.

  • Experience Requirements:

    • At least 1+ years of experience in social media operations or customer service, with preference for those with international brand social media operation experience.

    • Familiar with usage rules and user habits of platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, etc.

  • Capability Requirements:

    • Good customer service awareness with ability to respond quickly to user needs.

    • Excellent writing and editing skills, able to create high-quality articles and social media content.

    • Good at data analysis, able to adjust operational strategies based on data.

    • Strong stress resistance and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bonus Points:

    • Multilingual abilities preferred.

    • Familiarity with AI products or relevant internet industry experience preferred.
