Customer Success Specialist for North American key accounts

Location and Job type:

Remote and Freelance role (with opportunity to go fulltime eventually)

The goal of Spacewise is to drive revenue, streamline deal flows, and market your units online with Spacewise.

Centralize communications and start receiving information-rich partner applications that reduce the time spent on screening, and give leasing teams more time for prospecting.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for someone very passionate about customer service. Someone who is very detail oriented and ensures they only deliver the best quality service to their clients.
In this role, you will manage a key client based in the US, ensuring the delivery of top-quality service. The position calls for a proactive, sales-oriented individual with excellent
communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage key account customers through regular communication to ensure their needs are consistently met.

- Identify and propose new action items, activities, and products aimed at enhancing
customer success and satisfaction.

- Execute regular email outreach and campaign initiatives tailored for key account customers to maintain continuous communication.

- Key performance indicator (KPI): Ensure retention of existing clients throughout their
contract period and complete customer rollout.

- Enhance productivity and satisfaction levels of existing customers.

Other minor responsibilities:
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, customer support, marketing teams) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and
address any client concerns or issues.
● Presales, Research, and other admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent experience.
● Several years of experience in account management, ideally from tech or real estate
industry
● Proven track record of success in account management, sales, and/or customer service
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively influence key
decision-makers.
● Excellent communication skills through cold calling, video calls, and written communication, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
● Customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for building and maintaining
relationships.
● Highly motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

KPI:
Number of valuable touchpoints per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift

Experience:

  • Customer Success: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
