- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and a customer-first attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
