Customer Support Associate

Description

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience and a customer-first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
