Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist clients via phone calls and ticketing systems, support technicians with GPS tracker installations, and manage customer interactions using tools like Pipedrive.

• Monitoring of web tracking system (Standard, Corporate & Basic).
• Managing and assisting client concerns via email, phone calls & live agent.
• Updating of record in Pipedrive.
• Replenishment of client web tracking platform.
• Sending of the client(s) web platform access.
• Assisting technician installation logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance (BPO experience is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
