Customer Support Representative (Csr)

Spokane Promotions is expanding in the Spokane area and actively hiring Customer Support Representative to join our growing sales and client support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the face of our wireless campaigns, working directly with customers to provide product guidance, process service requests, and support account activity. Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face customer support for wireless services and promotions
  • Assist with account setup, product activations, upgrades, and service changes
  • Explain wireless options clearly and help customers find the right plan
  • Manage and document customer interactions, updates, and follow-ups
  • Contribute to daily and weekly sales goals through consistent outreach
  • Represent Spokane Promotions and our telecom brand partners in campaign zones
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
