We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. This position involves handling customer inquiries and support for three distinct projects, two of which are focused on e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Flexibility to work various shifts;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- English knowledge (B2+).
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat);
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status, returns, and refunds;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online orders;
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments;
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices;
Work conditions:
- Remote work;
- The probation period is two months;
- 2 non-fixed days off per week;
- 3 types of shifts: 1:00pm-9:00pm, 9:00pm-5:00am, 5:00am-1:00pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
