Customer Support Representative (English B2+)

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. This position involves handling customer inquiries and support for three distinct projects, two of which are focused on e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
  • English knowledge (B2+).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat);
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status, returns, and refunds;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online orders;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments;
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices;

Work conditions:

  • Remote work;
  • The probation period is two months;
  • 2 non-fixed days off per week;
  • 3 types of shifts: 1:00pm-9:00pm, 9:00pm-5:00am, 5:00am-1:00pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
