Customer Support Representative (English C1/Temporary Position)

Our project provides customer support for a big British retailer of various items that range from toys to clothes to edible items to electronic devices. Generally, customer service agents in our team deal with queries about the company's products and services, and answer requests and complaints from customers via the phone, emails, live chats and social media.

Requirements:

• Excellent English (C1), written and spoken;

Responsibilities:

• Sharing information about products and services;
• Answering customer queries and requests via emails, chats, and calls;
• Processing cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements;
• Escalating issues internally to relevant teams;
• Updating customers when necessary;
• Responding to customer complaints, including resolving cases related to unreceived orders, delivery delays, damaged/missing items, poor quality, technical issues, etc.;
• Replying to reviews;
• Processing backorder updates;
• Dealing with stock issues.

Work conditions:

• Temporary position: November 3rd to January 16 (can be changed by the client’s decision with 2 weeks’ notice)
• Training: 2 weeks with half the monthly pay. The other half will be paid as a bonus after successful completion of the project;
• 5 working shifts per week: day (2:00pm-10:00pm), night (8:00pm-4:00am) - Manila time;
• 2 non-fixed days off per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3.5 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php34,000.00 per month
