ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Type: Full-Time Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $9,000 USD annually (paid bi-weekly)
  • Commission: Performance-based; actual earnings vary with results and team metrics

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative – Offers Specialist who can work full-time. This role is primarily customer support-focused, centered on helping customers smoothly through the process of submitting their tickets for offers. Instead of emphasizing sales or deal-closing, your main responsibility will be ensuring customers feel supported, understood, and guided — while accurately creating competitive offers using our internal tools.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Handling inbound ticket inquiries via Facebook’s ManyChat platform and email.
  • Providing supportive, clear communication to guide customers through the process.
  • Collecting and verifying essential event/ticket details (event name, date, section, row, quantity).
  • Using internal tools (primarily Google Sheets/Excel) to generate competitive offers based on sales data and market conditions.
  • Communicating with customers to gather missing information when needed.
  • Reviewing and updating data for accuracy to maintain smooth handoffs within the sales pipeline.
  • Supporting team KPIs by ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-friendly offers.

(Note: This position does not involve finalizing payments or closing transactions. Your focus is on customer support and offer creation.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Strong written communication skills (minimum B2-level English)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to stay calm, supportive, and professional in customer interactions
