Cybersecurity Manager Industrial And Ot Security

What to expect

  • Acting as cybersecurity professional you accompany clients in the Manufacturing and Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceutical & Chemistry, Gas & Oil industries through securing their control system and production processes.

  • Identifying and assessing complex problems. Creating solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Depending on your background and experience, you focus on cybersecurity domains such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management.

  • You are comfortable to manage medium to large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

  • You conduct security maturity assessments in industrial automation and control systems (IACS), develop security concepts and risk mitigation approaches for securing ICS and OT environments and ensure their compliance with regulations, standards, and policies.

  • You will support the client through various phases of remediation until transition to service readiness.

  • Our clients can count on your advice and support – not only on convergence projects such as secure digital factory but also on developing and executing OT cyber defense strategies.

  • Last but not least, you support the sales process by preparing client presentations, proposals and proof of concepts.


What we're looking forward to:

  • Degree or equivalent in a technical field and minimum 7 years’ experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity

  • Power to influence or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions, as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision-making ability

  • Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Knowledge in industry frameworks, standards, regulations such as IEC 62443, Namur, NIST SP 800-82, BSI IT-GS/KRITIS, or ENISA/NERC CIP

  • GICSP, GRID, IEC 62443 (IC32-34,37), CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ITIL certificate would be a plus

  • Background in industrial engineering as well as operational technology and understanding of requirements and constraints in safety instrumented systems (SIS) advantageous

  • Team player with good communication skills in English and willingness to travel
