<Duties>

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely analytics solutions aligned with project milestones and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decisions.
• Manage database design and maintenance for systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and linked data sources to support ongoing analytics needs.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, and other scripting tools to streamline data workflows.
• Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Engage in continuous learning of new analytics techniques and tools to keep our data capabilities cutting-edge.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of database design principles for systems like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices for delivering analytics projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with linked data integration and working with large-scale datasets from diverse sources.
• Technical skills in VBA, Bash (Unix shell scripting), Talend or similar tools for automation purposes.
