Data Analyst (Applicant Tracking System Admin)

Position: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data.
• Monitor system workflows and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth recruiter and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR operations to optimize ATS configurations and improve usability.
• Train new users and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption of ATS best practices.
• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visual reports to support decision-making across multiple departments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing data cleansing and validation activities.
• Conduct regular audits of datasets to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Assist in optimizing business operations by providing insights from data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
