Job Description

We are looking for Data Analysts for our e-Commerce platform who are adept in MS Excel.

Having proficiency in Excel formulas, lookup functions, text functions, and data validation can give you an edge. You need a very fine eye for detail and a deep understanding of data analysis tools and databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data gathered through different sources, collated through Microsoft Excel, using various formulas and functions
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
• Create reports in numerical or graphical formats
• Gather data from various sources and platforms
• Create and audit product listings on Amazon and Shopify
• Identify discrepancies and present findings to management
• Recommend process improvements for team efficiency

Essential Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
• At least 1 year experience in data analysis or report generation using Excel
• Strong English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Graduate of any Business or IT-related course
• Willing to work night shift and shifting schedules during peak seasons
• Ready to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
