We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Account Manager for the region Nordics with a strong focus on Data Center solutions and services. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on account management, ensuring growth in new markets while deepening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology infrastructure, data center operations, and enterprise sales.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the data center sector
  • Provide consultative support to clients on optimizing their data center infrastructure.
  • Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, integrators, and service providers in the data center sector
  • Develop account plans and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as business unit sales & product teams, regional hubs and other Business Areas
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies for data center products, services, and solutions

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Midterm experience in business development, sales, or account management within data center industries
  • Strong understanding of data center energy infrastructure (e.g., power distribution & management, onsite power generation, cooling)
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and large customer accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in a Nordic language, both written and spoken, is considered an advantage

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
