Data Entry Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team! If you love working behind the scenes to keep things accurate and organized, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data in internal databases and systems
• Verify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain data integrity by following data entry procedures and quality standards
• Organize and file digital documents appropriately
• Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Manage confidential information with the utmost integrity

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment

Salary

Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 monthly
