Job Title: Home Health Data Entry Specialist (Assessment to Kinnser)

Job Overview:
The Home Health Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering information from clinicians’ assessments into the Kinnser (WellSky) EMR system. This is an entry-level position that supports the Intake and QA teams by ensuring all data is properly recorded and ready for review.

Responsibilities:

• Encode data from clinician assessments and visit notes into Kinnser EMR.
• Verify accuracy of patient information before saving and submitting.
• Follow naming conventions and file-saving protocols in the system.
• Coordinate with the Intake Team for missing or unclear data.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
• Update daily tracker or Columnar file once data entry is completed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any healthcare or related course (Nursing, MedTech, PT, etc.) preferred but not required.
• No prior experience required — training will be provided.
• Must be computer literate and detail-oriented.
• Basic understanding of medical terms is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a night shift (U.S. schedule).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php600.00 per day

Work Location: In person
