Data Entry Specialist

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Hybrid - SM North Edsa, Tower 1

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Timezone (Night Shift)

Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist, you are responsible for performing clerical work related to reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting and construction-related documents. This role supports office staff including Regional Management, Project Managers, and Accounting teams. The position requires exceptional accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry from the field by inputting daily footage and construction data.
  • Receive redlines in PDF format from the Field Manager and enter data into customer systems.
  • Retrieve information from designated websites and input data into spreadsheets.
  • Update construction trackers, including the status of locate tickets and project progress.
  • Review, process, and maintain basic accounting or construction-related documents.
  • Ensure invoices include appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment.
  • Enter invoices daily in an accurate and timely manner with proper approvals.
  • Process two-way and three-way purchase order invoices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between internal and external customers to resolve billing issues.
  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors.
  • Maintain all office documents (paper and electronic) in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and support effective records management.
  • Meet strict deadlines while managing a high-volume workload.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of clerical experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience working on the E360 platform or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with Adobe applications.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Smartsheet experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings is a plus.
  • Strong computer and business software skills.
  • Proven track record of completing work with a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to perform accurate computations and verify data.
  • Ability to prepare basic reports.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, fast, and accurate in high-volume data entry environments.
  • Hands-on problem solver with a strong sense of accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
