Position Summary:
AceKids Daycare is seeking a dependable and highly organized Daycare Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our childcare center. This role plays a key part in ensuring our families, staff, and programs are well supported through excellent administration, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative and operational tasks
- Support staff and management with scheduling, communications, and general coordination
- Handle parent communications and inquiries with professionalism and care
- Assist with billing, fee tracking, and government funding applications
- Maintain accurate records, manage supply orders, and coordinate facility services
- Support the center in other administrative tasks needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity required
- Previous experience in office or childcare administration preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with childcare software and general office tools
- Comfortable handling basic financial tasks
- Knowledge of childcare subsidy programs and licensing standards is an asset
