Position Summary:

AceKids Daycare is seeking a dependable and highly organized Daycare Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our childcare center. This role plays a key part in ensuring our families, staff, and programs are well supported through excellent administration, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Support staff and management with scheduling, communications, and general coordination
  • Handle parent communications and inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Assist with billing, fee tracking, and government funding applications
  • Maintain accurate records, manage supply orders, and coordinate facility services
  • Support the center in other administrative tasks needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity required
  • Previous experience in office or childcare administration preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with childcare software and general office tools
  • Comfortable handling basic financial tasks
  • Knowledge of childcare subsidy programs and licensing standards is an asset
