POSITION TITLE: Japanese Recruiting Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prescreening of candidates
• CV assessment
• Interview scheduling
• Quality Check

Resource is also expected to:

• Bridge the communication gap between client and non-bilingual executives
• Coordinate with team lead and Japan Onshore Team for process efficiency

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0 to 2 years work experience
• Japanese proficiency is Native
• No domain required; Recruiting experience is good to have
