POSITION TITLE: Business Operations Associate
WORK SETUP: RTO

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly status reports on space utilization and related activities.
• Escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for space management.
• Collaborate on and assist with basic tasks across infrastructure domains, including space planning, build-outs, and infrastructure charge management.
• Generate reports requested by stakeholders, involving data gathering and analysis, particularly related to space management.

Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months any BPO related experience
• With conversant communications skills
• Knowledge in MS office application, i.e., basic Excel (pivot, filter)
• Open to fresh graduates
• Background on data analysis skill or have experience in any data analytics field is good to have only, NOT required
