POSITION TITLE: Recruiting Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:
The Recruiting Manager will oversee end-to-end hiring delivery for assigned business units or capabilities. This role is responsible for driving recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing direction, performance management, coaching, and career development support.
• Drive the successful execution of recruitment strategies across assigned towers or capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and hiring forecasts.
• Conduct collaborative intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and set realistic expectations using historical and market data.
• Stay current on labor market trends and recruitment best practices to inform talent strategies and advise business leaders.
• Ensure a consistent and professional employer brand presence in the market.
• Partner with other Recruiting Leads to drive standardization, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing across recruitment operations.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment systems, tools, reporting, and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent development, performance management, engagement, and retention.
• Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, providing strategic insight and data-driven recommendations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Standard Recruitment profile
- At least 8 to 12 years relevant work experience in recruitment (Sourcing or CMT)
- 5 to 10 years leadership experience in recruitment (Sourcing or CMT)
- Knowledge of recruiting for large, complex, high-volume organizations
- Experience hiring for consulting or professional services talent pools
- Exposure to industries such as Consulting, BPO, KPO, or Technology
- Strong stakeholder and senior leadership management skills
