POSITION TITLE: Business Operations Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Finance, HR, and the Director of Operations in setting the Operational metrics of ATCP (Headcount, Productivity, Profitability, and Financials).

• Integrate multiple data sources to produce reports that would show the Operational metrics of ATCP.
• Create and maintain templates that would allow stakeholders to better manage their Operational metrics.
• Set, allocate, and communicate targets and budgets.
• Analyze actual results and determine problem areas to drive actions.
• Forecast and conduct impact assessment based on actual results and investment requests.
• Present analysis and callouts to stakeholders.
• Align business partners and spearhead ATCP-wide initiatives (e.g. process/tool roll-out).

Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years experience in project management OR business operations
• Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Individual Contributor
