Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Serve all customers courteously and efficiently to the SuperValu standard.
• To ensure all customers queries and complaints are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.
• Conduct your duties in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Conduct your duties using all safe systems of work.
• To offer advice and product knowledge to customers.
• To increase sales by promoting the products in the shop.
• Department location may change from time to time in line with the requirements of the business.
• Aisle owner, responsible for ordering, waste & markdowns.

Experience:

Ideally you should have or be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent customer services skills.
• Team Player
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Previous Retail Sales experience would be beneficial.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings

The role is based on a 5-day schedule over a 7-day period, with contract options ranging from 20–25 hours or 25–30 hours per week.
