Dental Assistant – New Pediatric Office (Hiring Now)

Main St Pediatric Dentistry is a modern, privately owned practice preparing to open and hiring now. We are building a small, supportive team and are looking for a reliable, friendly Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a great experience for kids and families.

This is a unique opportunity to join an office from the very beginning and grow with us long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor with procedures and patient care

• Set up and break down rooms efficiently

• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards

• Take digital radiographs (training available if needed)

• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and children

• Help with basic front-office support when needed (team approach)

What We’re Looking For

• Dental assisting experience (any specialty; pediatric is a plus but not required)

• Positive, dependable, professional attitude

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Comfort working with children of all ages (we will train on pedo flow)

• Ability to work well in a small, supportive team environment

• Coronal polishing, nitrous, or radiology certifications a plus

Full-time
