Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented dental front desk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

- Assist with patient scheduling and ensure accurate booking information

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Experience in Dental Billing is a plus

- Be sure to follow up on claim denials, filing claims error free in a timely manner, and complete additional information requests from insurance companies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Dental Field is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in computer systems with Dentrix

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:

- Previous experience in a dental office

- Dental coding /Billing

- Medical billing is a plus
