We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team at a thriving dental clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Verify insurance information and process payments accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team

Requirements
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Open Dental is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a dental clinic is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
