Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office setting and possess knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role
- Familiarity with Cleardent or other dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Proficiency in managing phone systems and handling patient inquiries promptly
- Experience working in a medical or dental office environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Max Assist is a bonus

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
