Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a full time, dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and providing essential administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various medical and dental software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Schedule appointments efficiently using a Dental Software program.
• Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance claims processing.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, treatment plans, and office policies.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Skills

• Proficiency in dental processes and insurance verification.
• Experience with Tracker dental software an asset
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced patient communication.
• Previous experience in a dental office is necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage care plans effectively while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
