Dental Receptionist

We are a Friendly, Family Dental Practice looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist .

We are seeking someone that is knowledgeable with Cleardent, friendly, good at communication with our staff and patients and has the ability to take on all responsibilities of the front desk full-time.
Hours will be 9 to 5 Tuesday through Friday with Thursday’s shift being 11:30 - 7:30. We also would like to be able to secure at least two Saturdays per month as required.

If you love dentistry, are organized, efficient, and work well as a team player, we are looking for you.

Dental office receptionist's duties are including but not limited to:

-Being professional,

-Being responsible for the smooth operation of the reception area,

-Booking appointments, answering phones, collecting payments.

-Creating proper documentation,

-Determining and confirming insurance coverage, checking coverage for following day including pre authorizations, explaining costs and insurability to patients, and assisting with billing,

-Maintaining and balancing cash records,

-Receiving and providing information to patients,

-Communicating clearly, listening accurately, being open to feedback, handling conflict appropriately

-Ability to work independently.
