Dental Receptionist – Kilkenny City

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental practice in Kilkenny City.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception or customer service experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting. Experience in dental nursing is highly desirable, and we would also welcome applicants with an interest in being trained in dental nursing as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Managing appointments and diary scheduling
- Answering phone calls and handling patient enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties
- Assisting with treatment coordination and patient follow-up
- Opportunity to support chairside as a dental nurse (training can be provided)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous reception/administration experience (dental or medical preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A calm, professional, and caring manner
- Dental nursing experience or a willingness to train in dental nursing
