Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
- Lead our front desk team with warmth, empathy, and encouragement
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with patients, making them feel like family every time they walk through the door
- Manage office operations with care and attention, ensuring smooth sailing for both team and patients
- Be the go-to person for problem-solving, celebration-planning, and all-around office cheerleading
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to create an environment where everyone feels supported and connected

- You have some experience in dental reception and office management with a heart for people
- You have some experience with Dentrix
- You’re organized and detail-oriented
- You are punctual & dependable
- You are empathetic to patient needs and their care
- You are eager to learn in a supportive environment
- You are responsible for daily tasks of operating the front office
Tasks you will be Accountable for:
- Schedule patient appointments, answer and managing incoming calls, reactivate patient files
- Greet, check in, and release patients.
- Accurately verify dental benefits
- Treatment Coordination - assist patients with any financial questions regarding their treatment
- Calculate and collect payments, while helping patients understand their financial obligations and insurance benefits.
- Submit, track, follow-up and oversee the entire process of on insurance claims handling.
- Follow-up on Accounts Receivable report.
- Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked
- Provide feedback and support to other team members and assign tasks to other team members as needed when appropriate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
