Dental Technician – Digital Partial Denture Laboratory

Job Summary
Summit Ridge Metals Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Technician to join our growing digital partial denture laboratory. Our lab is fully digital and highly innovative, utilizing DMLS metal printing, advanced CNC milling, and modern CAD/CAM workflows to produce precise, high-quality removable prosthetics.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate removable dental prosthetics including partial dentures, metal frameworks, and related appliances
• Use CAD software to digitally design partials and other removable components (training available)
• Assist with DMLS metal printing and milling machine workflows
• Process and prepare materials such as acrylics, resins, waxes, and metals
• Ensure all products meet high standards for fit, function, and quality
• Maintain accurate case documentation and organized workflow tracking
• Collaborate with dental professionals to interpret prescriptions and solve fabrication issues
• Keep the lab clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
• Stay updated on new digital materials and technologies

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental laboratory (removables or metal frameworks preferred)
• CAD/CAM or digital design experience is an asset, but training is provided
• Familiarity with DMLS or milling systems is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and technical drawings
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Formal dental technology training is preferred but not required
