Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Treatment Coordinator, you will be an integral member of our patient-focused team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting consultations with current and prospective patients to discuss comprehensive treatment plans.

- Presenting financial options, including strategies for patients with and without insurance coverage.

- Proven ability to present and close dental cases and explain treatment plans to patients.

- Presenting Financial third-party company.

- Facilitating the patient appointment process and clarifying insurance benefits.

- Serving as a vital liaison between our dental professionals—including dentists and hygienists—and our valued patients to ensure seamless communication and care.

While prior experience in the dental field is advantageous, we are committed to training the right candidate who shares our vision and dedication to patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator/ receptionist or dental assistant (preferred but not required).

- Experience with Eaglesoft software (preferred but not required).

- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with attention to details.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Outstanding customer service skills and strong computer skills

- Stress Tolerance.

- Bilingual Tagalog, Chinese or Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
