Duties

• Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Manage and maintain accurate dental records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Utilize phone systems to schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and communicate necessary information regarding care plans.
• Assist in the preparation of medical coding for billing purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support team members in daily operations within a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
• Educate patients on treatment options and procedures, fostering a supportive environment for their healthcare improvement.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is mandatory.
• Familiarity with dental records management and coding practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Experience working in a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 37 per week
