Design Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to manage and oversee design activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that designs meet industry standards, client specifications, and project requirements while coordinating between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all design aspects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations.

Work closely with project teams, external consultants, architects, and engineers to integrate design seamlessly.

Ensure that all design deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing any design-related concerns and ensuring their requirements are met.

Manage design documentation, ensuring all drawings, specifications, and related materials are updated and organized.

Travel to project sites, particularly in Drogheda, to support design implementation and ensure alignment between design and construction teams.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience in design coordination within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of design processes, construction methodologies, and industry regulations.

A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

A valid Irish driving license is required for travel between the Dublin office and Drogheda site.

Pay: €49,266.91-€90,042.46 per year
