Design Studio Administrator

La Maison Interiors is the leading interior design studio in the North West, established 20 years ago.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Design Assistant to be responsible for administration duties and one off fabric appointments, as well as assisting the Design Team with larger projects. The ideal candidate will be detailed orientated, self-motivated and extremely well organised.

Comfortable as part of the wider team, the successful candidate will also work well on their own initiative. The role will include working with clients from initial onboarding and reception through to selecting fabrics and booking installs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing studio administration from client onboarding to
• Managing client appointments, work schedules and installations
• Preparation of client quotes and estimates
• Developing and maintenance of databases, online systems and office software
• Assisting with fabric appointments, quotes and orders
• Assisting the Design Team with the preparation of sample boards, mood boards, lighting plans, paint specifications etc in accordance with project needs
• Pricing stock, ordering & checking deliveries

Essential skills include:

• 2 years relevant work experience in an office/operations/administrative role
• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Social Media
• Excellent Interpersonal & organisational skills
