Digital Content Creator

This is a hands-on content creation role with a strategic edge. You’ll produce high-quality written and video content while learning to plan, optimise, and measure content performance. If you’re a creator with strong storytelling skills and a hunger to grow into a content marketing strategist, this role is designed for you.

Content Creation (Core)

  • Write and publish long-form guides, landing pages, and short-form assets (social posts, email copy) aligned to our brand and SEO best practices.
  • Curate and edit video using licensed stock and public-domain assets; add motion graphics, captions, and compelling hooks for YouTube and short-form platforms.
  • Repurpose content across channels (blog, social, email, video) to maximise reach and engagement.

Strategic Growth Responsibilities

  • Support content planning: contribute ideas for editorial calendars, campaign themes, and audience segmentation.
  • Apply performance optimisation: assist in keyword research, A/B testing headlines, and improving conversion rates.
  • Collaborate on analytics: track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions), prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Work with CRM: implement HubSpot forms, UTMs, and tagging for lead capture and nurture workflows.

Skills You Bring

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for long-form and short-form content.
  • Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics.
  • SEO awareness and willingness to deepen expertise in keyword research and optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and learning how content drives ROI.
  • Collaboration and adaptability: thrive in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn strategic marketing.

Technical Toolkit

  • Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent
  • Final Cut Pro
  • Canva for quick design tasks
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation)
  • GA4 and Google Search Console basics
  • Familiarity with stock libraries and licensing compliance

Success Metrics:

  • Content output: 4–6 long-form pieces/month; 2–3 long form video edits/month; multiple weekly short-form clips.
  • Engagement: improved CTR, watch time, and retention on video; higher organic sessions and conversions on written content.
  • Growth: active participation in campaign planning and performance reviews; readiness to take on specialist-level tasks within 12–18 months.
