Join our Administrative team as a Digital Customer Service Representative and become a vital part of ensuring an outstanding customer experience. In this full-time, hourly position, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and creating positive interactions via digital platforms. You will play a key role in upholding our company's high standards for service and communication in English.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and online portals.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and providing accurate solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions to ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide product or service information to customers as needed.
  • Analyze common questions or complaints and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated about company policies, procedures, and offerings to deliver correct information to customers.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably using digital platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with attention to detail and tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer management tools, CRM systems, or similar software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
28 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Pocatello, Idaho, US))
