Digital Marketing Coordinator

WDI (Web Digital Innovations) is a B2B outbound sales and AI automation agency. We run multi-channel outbound campaigns, build digital infrastructure, and deliver AI-powered tools for clients across construction, engineering, facilities management, and professional services.

We are a small, fast-moving team. We are growing and we want someone who wants to grow with us.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day delivery of our client campaigns. You’ll be the key link between our clients and our internal team, making sure projects stay on track, campaigns are running smoothly, and clients are kept in the loop.

This is a hands-on operations role, not a strategy role. You’ll be managing processes, coordinating with team members, and keeping clients happy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing client onboarding from signed contract through to campaign launch
• Coordinating email and LinkedIn outreach campaign setup with our technical team
• Monitoring campaign performance and flagging issues (deliverability, open rates, reply rates)
• Being the main point of contact for clients on day-to-day updates and requests
• Managing website projects from brief through to launch, including chasing clients for assets and coordinating with developers
• Following and improving our SOPs to keep everything running consistently
• QA-ing work before it goes to clients

What we’re looking for:

• Based in Ireland (fully remote role)
• Comfortable talking to clients, especially in construction and trade sectors
• Some understanding of digital marketing (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or similar)
• Highly organised, the type of person who lives by checklists and doesn’t let things slip through the cracks
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, project management software, and CRMs
• Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is a big plus
• You don’t need to be technical, but you should be comfortable learning new platforms quickly

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar)
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools (HeyReach or similar)
• Familiarity with DNS, domains, or email infrastructure basics
• WordPress experience

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
