Digital Marketing Executive (1-Year Contract)

Are you a hands-on and passionate marketer looking to be part of our mission to bring #PositiveFood to the world? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to step-change our Savencia brand portfolio activation and omnichannel presence. This individual will grow together with the region.

Your Mission: Support Southern Asia Marketing Activation strategy to build strong brands in the region; Support in sales and marketing activation planning and execution on a project-basis.

Your Team: You will report to the Southern Asia Marketing Activation Lead and be part of a multi-functional HQ based in Singapore. You might be expected to coordinate with colleagues in at least 8 different markets.

Your Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing (100% Digital Regional Support)

  • Support daily digital platforms operations including:
    • Planning the content/conversation calendar for respective brands
    • Management of digital and design agencies & freelancers
    • Ensure all global & regional content are being plotted into the Southern Asia calendar accordingly at the right time
    • Coordinate with respective countries to ensure relevance of local content based on priorities, key events & local festivals into the content calendar
    • Conduct thorough post scheduling checks to ensure accuracy related to visuals & content
    • Community Manager to answer simple queries on Asia social media accounts & escalate to respective local managers for other countries’ accounts if unattended
    • Overall accounts governance including ownership & generating new backup codes periodically and conducting checks to ensure guidelines compliance
  • Toolkit Development
    • Establish communication & digital guidelines with guidance provided by Regional Marketing Activation Lead
  • Brand Charter
    • Drive brand charter guidelines & provide advice to local teams and agencies to ensure all external communication materials/collaterals/POSM materials/social media content assets are complied with brand essence & positioning
    • Conduct frequent checks on social media accounts across countries to ensure assets & processes are in compliance with the brand guidelines
    • Assist in curation & creation of regional assets (including basic photo/video filming, photo/video editing or managing external production agencies) with directions provided by Regional Marketing Activation Lead
  • Digital Invoice Management
    • Ensure all digital invoices submitted by digital agencies are accurate & checked before processing for approval & payment
  • Digital Reports
    • Ensure all monthly social media and performance marketing reports are being submitted on a timely basis by agency & organized monthly performance review
  • Management of FHA-HoReCa 2026 with the Regional Marketing Activation Lead
    • Assist and coordinate FHA-HoReCA 2026, including but not limited to: pre-event planning, booth preparation and on-site execution and support etc.
    • Assist with the liaison of external agencies and vendors, internal colleagues and global teams in a timely and efficient manner relating to Event logistics, and to execute marketing strategies tailored for FHA-HoReCA 2026
    • Assist in planning content for social media and digital platforms to promote our presence at the event, including copywriting and social media calendars
    • Assist in putting together post-event analysis for internal reporting purposes
    • Ensure all invoices of FHA vendors are being submitted on a timely basis for prompt payment pre & post FHA
