As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our small but ambitious team. This opportunity is ideal for a creative, versatile professional with both technical and marketing skills who enjoys working on a diverse range of projects.

The Role

In this role, you will support and manage client campaigns across SEO, digital advertising, content creation, and website support. You will work on WordPress websites, supporting campaigns and monitoring analytics, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, managing, and optimising campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social- Meta and TikTok).
• Conducting technical SEO audits and managing Google Search Console.
• Tracking and reporting performance incorporating Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
• Producing creative content including graphics, video, and written assets.
• Using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma) for assets and campaigns.
• Supporting social media organic and ad campaigns as well as PPC initiatives.
• Analysing reports and advising clients on optimisations.
• Occasionally assisting with content shoots (photo or video).
• Managing multiple projects in a busy, collaborative agency environment.
• Updating and maintaining WordPress websites, including eCommerce management (product uploads, troubleshooting, site updates).
• Ensuring awareness of WCAG accessibility requirements in digital projects.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role combining creativity, digital marketing expertise, and web knowledge. Ideally, you will have:

• 2–3 years’ digital marketing experience (agency experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with SEOptimer, SE Ranking, Semrush, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with WordPress and eCommerce platforms.
• Interest in web development, accessibility, and emerging digital trends.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A creative eye for multimedia marketing content (graphics, videos, branding assets).
• Experience with editing content: Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut or Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A portfolio of previous work is welcome.

What We Offer

• Salary: €30,000 - €35,000, depending on experience.
