Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to lead the marketing efforts for DeleGreat and a property management company. This full-time remote role involves managing SEO, copywriting, social media, PPC campaigns, graphic design/video editing, and client communications.

You will work closely with graphic designers and company owners to create engaging content and drive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working within the PDT time zone to coordinate with clients and the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage marketing accounts for Delegreat and a Property Management Company.
• Run and update SEO for both company websites.
• Write and edit website copy, blogs, and newsletters.
• Meet with both clients to review marketing activities.
• Send monthly newsletters for both companies.
• Post daily on all social media channels.
• Manage LinkedIn accounts for Power Property Management owners.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and provide copy.
• Set up and manage PPC ad campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native-level English proficiency
• At least 5 years experience with SEO
• At least 5 years experience with copywriting
• At least 5 years experience with ad management (PPC)
• At least 2 years experience with ActiveCampaign
• Can work full-time, PDT time zone
