Star Digital Solutions is a Tiktok Shop Partner Agency seeking an experienced and creative TikTok Shop Marketing Manager to spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multiple FMCG brands' TikTok Shop initiatives. This individual will collaborate with internal and external teams, oversee campaigns, develop creative solutions for multiple brands, and ensure our TikTok Shop remains a leading e-commerce channel in the Philippines.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of TikTok trends, consumer behavior, and digital commerce. They must possess the ability to manage multiple brands, think creatively, and deliver results that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy, Planning, & Execution:
- Conceptualize and implement innovative TikTok campaigns, including product launches, flash sales, and bundles.
- Coordinate with live hosts, influencers, and creators to deliver engaging content tailored to TikTok audiences.
- Develop and implement TikTok campaigns, launches, and bundles to drive sales and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and TikTok platform innovations to create highly engaging campaigns.
Branding & Packaging:
- Collaborate with brands and designers to refine branding and product packaging for maximum appeal to TikTok audiences.
- Ensure that branding of each FMCG brand is being followed
- Collaborate in creating and proposing the branding for new brands that will be under the company
Pricing & Promotions:
- Conduct market research to set competitive pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute below-the-line advertising, seasonal promotions, and flash sales.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with content creators, live hosts, and the creative team to develop consistent messaging and campaigns.
- Guide teams on creative video concepts and content that resonates with TikTok users.
- Work closely with product, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with internal teams to generate fresh ideas for branding, marketing, and promotions.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Create reports on ROI, sales growth, and engagement metrics for each campaign.
- Use TikTok Shop analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to optimize campaigns and product offerings.
Cross-Brand Management:
- Handle marketing strategies for multiple brands, tailoring campaigns to unique audiences and brand identities.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional plans across diverse brand portfolios.
Trendspotting & Innovation:
- Continuously monitor TikTok trends, hashtags, and viral challenges to ensure campaigns stay relevant and engaging.
- Experiment with emerging features and formats on TikTok to keep the brands ahead of the curve.
Preferrable Experience:
- 3–5 years in marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
- Proven experience in managing TikTok campaigns, preferably for a TikTok Shop.
- Prior experience working with a TikTok Shop Partner, e-commerce agency, or a similar platform.
- Familiarity with the Philippine consumer market and social media landscape.
- A passion for TikTok content creation or familiarity with TikTok Shop seller policies and guidelines.
- Understanding of live-selling dynamics and trends.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, platform tools (e.g., Creator Marketplace), and algorithm nuances.
- Strong understanding of branding, packaging, and pricing strategies for consumer products.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Work Location & Compensation:
- Location: San Miguel, Manila, Philippines
- Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
